Cancellation Policy

The one on one classes will be held in person and the duration will be 3 hours. All products/tools required will be available for use during the class and a live model will be available during practice. At the end of the class you will receive a Shades of Beauty gift as well as a certificate of completion. **Please be advised that the deposit is non refundable. LATE ARRIVALS: Please contact me as soon as possible if you know that you will be late for your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled if I have not heard from you CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.**
